Curated pieces from our Ready Archive are physically in stock at our atelier. Ready pieces leave the atelier within two working days of confirmation and reach most destinations within five to eight days by express air.

Freight is quoted with each order. Import duties and local taxes are settled with the carrier on arrival.

A commission follows the size of the piece. As a guide, an 8×10 at 72 KPSI takes eight to ten weeks on the loom once the design is approved.

Photographs follow from the loom as the work progresses.

For our retail partners and large-scale commissions, we provide optimized transit solutions. Beyond standard door-to-door courier services, we coordinate direct airline shipping or sea freight to your receiver.

This ensures logistical efficiency and consolidated arrivals for high-volume inventory or multi-unit development projects.

For pieces selected from our Ready Archive, we offer a 14-day return window. If a rug does not suit your space, contact our team to coordinate a professional collection.

Rugs must be returned in their original condition. Once verified at our depot, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.

Bespoke orders are unique architectural commissions tailored to specific project requirements and are final sale.

However, our expertise is backed by an absolute guarantee of accuracy. If a technical error occurs that deviates from your approved rendering, we invoke our Technical Accountability Pledge.
