Material Resilience & Selection
The choice between pure premium wool, hybrid silk, or both, are determined by your project's environment. Our atelier consults on material resilience based on site-traffic and desired luster, utilizing viscose and cotton variations to achieve specific architectural textures when required.
Loom Schedules & Lead-Time Variables
For the Tailored Archive, an 8x10' rug typically requires 8–10 weeks of loom time. Please note that the collaborative design phase, technical CAD renderings, and material sourcing are separate from the weaving schedule and vary based on the project brief.
DDP Logistics & Site Delivery
All trade orders include complimentary global air freight. To maximize your project margin, we operate on a transparent factory-gate basis: we cover the shipping, while you settle local duties at cost upon arrival. To ensure seamless project coordination, we offer delivery directly to your firm's warehouse for receiving or straight to the client's address for final installation.
The Essential Quality Kit
To facilitate tactile verification, the Essential Quality Kit (wool poms and samples) is available via the main menu. For bespoke commissions, physical strike-off samples are provided for client approval; the cost of which is fully credited back to your first order.
Commercial Protocol & Payment
Technical coordination and unlimited CAD renderings are provided as part of our trade stewardship. Once the design is resolved, a 30% trade privilege is applied. To assign master weavers and initiate the loom, advance payment in full is required.
