FAQ

We currently ship from Poland. By default, your order will be delivered using trackable ECONOMY shipping via the national post for €18-50 (rate depends on the order volume), which normally takes about 2 weeks. You'll see the auto-calculated rate at checkout. 

We DO NOT ship to Russia.

You can upgrade for 2 faster delivery options:

- REGULAR (EMS, available for selected countries): 4-7 days / €24-70 (rate depends on the order volume)

- EXPRESS (UPS or FedEx): 2-4 days / €35-180 (rate depends on the order volume)

If you wish to upgrade, please reach us at irinadzhus@gmail.com right after completion of your order and specify the preferable option - we will then manually generate an additional invoice with the rate difference. After your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to change the delivery method.

Please follow the instruction below to place your order:

1. Please choose products on the website, add them to the basket and complete your purchase at checkout.

2. We will immediately send you an automatic notification that your order has been processed.

3. If you decide to upgrade the shipping method (please see shipping info below), you will be emailed with an additional invoice for the remaining amount.

4. Products that are in stock by the moment of purchase will be dispatched within 3 business days since we've received your payment. Unfortunately, made-to-order options are currently unavailable, as our manufacturing processes are on pause.

All items are produced in Ukraine. Please allow up to 30 days for made-to-order products from previous collections and 40-50 days for new collections. 

Yes, they are. At DZHUS, we stand for an ethical and cruelty-free approach to fashion. All our products have always been vegetarian-friendly.

By default, we accept payment via PayPal. Wire transfer is also possible, please review the instructions below. Credit card payments are not available at the moment.

Collapsible tab conteWe do accept payment via a bank transfer or Western Union / Money Gram. Until March 31, 2022, transfers to Ukrainians (like us) within these systems are commission-free. If you prefer one of these payment methods, please follow the instructions below:

1. Instead of confirming your order on the website, please send your order enquiry to irinadzhus@gmail.com.

2. Within 24 hours (normally, sooner), we will contact you back to clarify your order details and then manually generate an invoice for you.

3. Please pay the invoice during 2 business days. Otherwise, your order will be annulled.

4. Stock items will be dispatched within 3 business days since we've received your payment.

If you haven't received our reply within 1 day from your inquiry (kindly check your 'spam' and 'promotions' folders), please reach out to us.

Credit card payments are not available at the moment, however it  will be available again soon - stay tuned.
